I'm so pleased I chose Emily's team for the stairs and landing. Wise advice, really friendly visit and measurement and then SUCH a professional and precise fitting from Louis. Absolutely first class from start to finish. Emily was fantastic throughout. Dave came to quote for our shutters and was lovely from the off. When he came back to fit,  he was incredibly professional, meticulous in his detail and did a fantastic job. Also loved the fact that he loved our dog and talking about recent football matches. Blackheath Flooring and Interiors were fabulous! From the initial chat with Emily, I felt very confident that the purchase experience was going to be great. Emily is charming, helpful, candid, advisory and supportive. We bought a stair-runner and her guidance was welcomed. Louis came to survey and then fit the stair-runner a few weeks after the order had been placed. He had high attention to detail, worked hard, was polite, courteous, educational (we asked lots of questions), tidy and did a great job. Louis went over and above with his craftsmanship. We’re very happy with our new bedroom carpets. Emily gave us good advice to help us decide what we wanted. Louis fitted the carpets beautifully and went above and beyond - he even managed to make our old floors less squeaky.
